Payments are processed through supported payment methods (including GCash). By making a payment, you confirm you have the right to use the selected payment method and authorize the transaction.
Unless otherwise stated, support payments are typically non-refundable once processed. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact support immediately.

GSupport is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSupport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
